Fridge not working from October 2021
I inform my refrigerator’ cool is not working in the down part in October and attend to the issue on 29.10.2021 and inform to shutdown the fridge for the 3 days and it will be okay. And took a fee from us. After 4 days i switched on the fridge but the same results. Starting from then i called to your hotline more than 100 times and everytime they are saying they have informed to the head office . Sinxet no results i went to Kzone kandana Abans where i purchased the Fridge and informed to the Kzone Manager Pradeep. Then he informed to the Head office again through email . Same results not attended, finally he gave me the mobile number of Samanthi the one who is handling repairs and sent a technician saying they don’t have well trained technician to indentifu the error but will try maximum to send a technician then on 9.1.2022 technican came and inform that the have to replace the hot plates of the fridge , from that day im calling them to attend my issue since the fridge is not working from October. And they even not attending to the customer issues. Most of the time when im calling to Samanthi she is telling me her family problems not even trying to solve my issue and still the problem is their. Time to time we have to follow up and inform them , even we inform they are not attending. From October my fridge is not working. Three weeks ago i received a call from the abans hotline and informed your fridge part is ready and they will fixed within that week and then i have waited until the last date of the week since no one came to fix it and then again i called Samanthi then her answer was we didn’t received that psrt yet. I don’t noe who called you. I have waited till yesterday (25.2.2022.) thinking that you will provide solution or attend to the issue . But nothing . Then i called to samanthi she is saying she gave the resignation and niw she is not handling that person call Amal is handling now.
Thats how people in abans behave and not even don’t care customer. No customer service. No after service. You are giving service only when we are buying the product . After that no will attend to the issues. This is not the first time this is the second time that im facing with this kind of issue with Abans.
At least now somebody solve this
