Delayed & Damaged cargo. Pathetic service!!!

This cargo company is running only to loot peoples money, they don’t care about service. People should think twice to send their goods through this company. Faced below issue.
1- Collection was done after 2 days, not as promised. Luckily i still had one day left to fly to India. They are least bothered what you are going.
2- Delivery was received after almost 75days although it was told 35days at the time of collection. After several follow ups received partial items in 3 deliveries,
3- Received delivery with alomost 50% items damaged . Very bad handling.
Complaint was raised with them about damaged items on 12th Jan’ 21, shipment was collected on 18th Oct’20.
From Jan until April they just kept delaying with one or the other excuses -that they are checking with the transporter, checking with the manager – Mohammed Ali ( Sharjah) who is never available not sure if anybody exists as they are not allowing to speak to this person.
After several follow ups they are now blaiming the transporter in India that they are not acepting on this damages hence they can’t do anything.
Such a cheap company, they charge you additional for packaging of furniture etc but when your goods are damaged they just get away that its not their fault.
I’m suprised how this kind of companies are still running by looting their customers.
Made serious mistake of not checking online reviews.
If you value you things than better avoid sending your stuff through Al Mas Cargo. Not at all worth!!!
