ANY HOUR SERVICES REVIEW

Had an owner today get about 25 ft of dryer vent installed. With about $100 in materials she was charged $2000. That comes to over $600 an hour where most of the time was spent going to pick up the material. Ridiculous. This needs to be addressed. She needs to get her money back. When I found her she was in deep distress. She is on oxygen. Boy did she get taken advantage of.
