I’ve had ( 3 ) CPAP machines since the mid-2000s and I’m on my 4th machine. My insurance paid for the first ( 3 ) at no cost to me as long as I follow the requirements which I did. Around August 2012 or 2013 was when the problem started for almost a whole yr my supplies were sent to me every month. However, prior to this problem, I’d ordered my supplies every 90 days! Each box that I received during that time I RTS unopened but APRIA just reviled to me in MAY 2022 that APRIA hadn’t received all of the boxes! My ?, is being that I just received my ( 4 ) th CPAP machine in late MARCH 2022 or early APRIL 2022. How is it that an overlooked bill from as far back as AUGUST 2012 or 2013 is just being bought to my attention by APRIA in MAY 2022? This is Nuts because in 2.5 months that bill will be 10 yrs old And you know what APRIA did when I made my first payment on my new ( 4 ) CPAP machine & supplies in APRIL 2022? APRIA applied that first payment I made towards my new CPAP machine & supplies towards the balance from AUGUST 2012 or 2013. And sent me notice this month stating that was the arrangement I made when I gave them my DEBIT CARD INFO! I’M TIRED OF APRIA AND WANT TO RETURN THE ( 4 ) CPAP & FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER!
