No refund and bad customer service
I purchased glasses and expedited service. I needed them before I left to a border mission in Texas. They offer 8-12 express service. On the 12th day I called and asked for my product and they said they made a mistake and left the standard shipping. I purchased a product and service combo. I explained that to David (agent), and Zana (Castillo) they both were unprofessional and even laughed at me. They refunded my money on the 13th day and said it will be standard shipping. I do not need at the point. I will have tricare. They are bullying me and gave the option of half the money and a credit for the rest to zenni. I don’t want to use this establishment and need a complete refund.
