Horrible and terrible experience
Bought a 2016 GMC Terrain 1-29-22 with in 4 days notice a lot of white smoke so I took it and had oil checked and there was none I contacted them immediately the earliest they could look at it was 2-26-22. I was told needs new engine but could not produce any diagnosis or anything in there system. They advise put oil in in it and bring it back when I can figure out another way of transportation. Needed up paying 900 for a rental car. George Bell had talked about trading it for a different vehicle in person but on the phone he is very rude. Him and the service department blame each other. They never even did a pre-inspection on it! Had to take it back because they tried to say I never brought it in for a diagnosis which I did. I was told the engine had a recall which did not within 5 days after them replacing the valve cover it started doing same thing and on star notified me of code p4001 so take it back and they send it across the street to David Stanley and said there diagnostics said it was just 4 quart low on oil so again with I The car started doing the same thing not holding oil so I contacted my case worker from GMC and we decided to contact a different dealership that does deals with it and they diagnose it needs a new engine wow did you the caseworker tried to contact Bob Howard Monday they advise her and me also not to bring the car back there or to call them again
