BROOKDALE SENIOR LIVING INC. REVIEW

Stay away from Brookdale, all they want is your money. Brookdale emmerson NJ just raised my mother in laws fees to 9800 a month (2000 increase) with 5 days notice saying she has been reevaluated as to her level of care! In the middle of a pandemic! And they offer no help or options. Just terrible. The staff in the business office is heartless. My mother in law is on a fixed income of about 6000 a month, has no savings or assets, is on hospice and has advanced dementia.

Run away as fast as you can, they will try to get every cent they can from you family members and you!
