GooddayI sent in a quotation request on the 16th Jan 2022 at approximately 12.05 pm.
I contacted the call centre on the 17th and the 18th spoke the call centre staff and was promised someone will contact you shortly still waiting.
On Saturday at 08:15 I had a miss call, I phoned back only to be told a Lady by the name of Tia Fisher is handling my quote so she made contact and told me she is busy with the quote, only one little problem she cannot quote me on the most item she cannot do the branch will have to phone the supplier on Monday morning and get back to me on Monday with prices.
The problem I have they had from Wednesday to contact the supplier if they acted within the 48 hours time frame. Secondly, this is not the first time it happened to. Last year the same thing happened and I lost that job.
So now what do I tell my client?
No compensation for calls made and email sent. Hopefully, I will still have the customer and the job.RegardsClive Madden
