I am sharing my experience as an investor who participated in the BlockDAG presale based on the project’s public representations, its stated roadmap, and repeated assurances about transparency and leadership. When I first came across BlockDAG, the platform appeared to be positioning itself as a sophisticated blockchain initiative combining DAG technology with Proof-of-Work architecture. I believe authorities should conduct a formal investigation into BlockDAG’s fundraising activities, leadership disclosures, and the accuracy of its public statements. Regulators should verify whether the presale complied with financial and consumer-protection laws, especially given the size of the funds raised and the ongoing delays. A forensic review of how investor money has been used is essential. If officials find that any individual or entity misled investors or concealed material information, they should take appropriate enforcement action to ensure accountability and protect the public.

Many describe the venture as high-risk with opaque communication, causing distrust and frustration among participants.
