Worst Customer Service Ever

My car broke down during Thanksgiving in the middle of nowhere. After towing it for over an hour, 2 Dealerships one in Idaho and one in Utah stating they could not get ahold of anyone in the warranty department, $1600.00 dollars, and 3 months of phone calls and emails to put me in-touch with someone, the service agent told me that they should have gotten approval before working on the car (ummm Holiday out of state car broke) Dealers told me there should be no issue with the warranty. After going over my receipts which he would not let me email to them for review, instead he was asking me parts, numbers, hours, problems, etc. I told him the labor on one of the receipts and he did a small laugh and said you have a $300 deductable. ZERO HELP basically said they could not help because they were not contacted prior to repair and said it was my fault. Horrible customer service.
