CAROLINA LEASE MANAGEMENT GROUP, LLC REVIEW

Very misleading with their payment process and payoff balance process. I was told one thing and when I paid that and called to confirm a few days (actually 1 day after the 90 days was up) they told me I owed additional $617 because I paid the wrong payoff. Their statement and their customer service gave me the same figures. I sent pics of the phone calls and statement and they still refused. This place is a ripoff and customer service is horrible.
