They are not BBB affiliated for good reason
I purchased an outbuilding with the intention of using this companies 90 day “same as cash” offer.
Approaching 90 days, I spoke with one of their customer service representatives and was told my pay off would be $617.03 and the payoff date would be Feb.11.. 2022.
I called on Feb 11 only to be told the prior agent had “MADE A MISTAKE” and the actual payoff was now $827.75. Their agents mistake had just cost me over $210.00 and they were not even sorry. The kicker is they would not even consider honoring their previous quotes and final due date. Now the real kicker……..they had the prior conversation on their records and knew exactly how I had been misled.
If star rating, I would give them a big ZERO.
