DO NOT TRUST THEM! I tried to order a $142.97 ($162.45 including shipping) cosplay from them on April 16th, 2021. I got an email saying it was shipped and all, but it was a Chinese site. So I waited a few months since it seemed like it was being shipped from out the country. However, nothing came. In Oct 2021, I tried reaching out to them and never heard anything. It was only when I started posting negative reviews and telling my story on sites they reached out. I gave them the order details and they said that “the order was out of stock for the product and they were never able to process my order”. In other words, they took my money and sent my a bogus teaching number then. They said that they would cancel the order (so they had it the whole time?) and would refund me through PayPal. Surprise, it’s Mar 2022 and I still haven’t been refunded for a product I paid for and never got. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
