Today the 29th of December fine choice took money from my account which went off as a loan. I found a number online for finchoice so I called them. They then ask for all personal details I’d number contact info and banking details apparently for security reasons and to help me. needless to say the agenent said I applied for a family funeral policy online. When I asked if I had a family funeral policy who are the covered members they couldn’t tell me. I apparently applied online. So if I aplied online and covered my family why do they not have these details. Sorry to say that these guys are thrives. I am now off to Capitec to ask them why they money went off my account because I declined it twice in November today it went off my account without even asking if I accepted it. I want my money back from these crooks. Also if it’s a so called family funeral policy then why did it go off my account as a loan which I never applied for or got.
I will be adding this review to every possible platform so people become aware of these crooks
