Their Guarantee Means Nothing

I purchased a flight to Brisbane in 2020 that got rescheduled to a date that could never actually operate. I was promised my refund would be returned in 6 weeks, then 16 weeks, then a year and a half. Then, I was instructed to contact Air Fiji, because they owed me the refund. I spoke to them multiple times and they assured me it was Flight Hub’s responsibility to issue the refund. I provided Flight Hub with this information and their response was to tell me that my refund would arrive in a few more weeks.
March 2022 came around, I was told it would be processed by the end of the month, nothing arrived. In May I was “guaranteed” it would be refunded by May 31st. It is June 2nd, 2022 and I have yet to receive a refund from this company.
Do yourself a favour and stay clear from this company. They are difficult to contact and have zero integrity. I am so disappointed in their service.
