Impossible To Cancel!
We had their service for 3 years because we were stuck in the contract and didn’t want to pay the early cancellation fee, so we patiently waited until the end of our contract, not actually needing their service mind you. Come cancellation time, I call to find that wait times to speak to a representative exceed 2 hours. Being a busy person and not wanting to waste hours of my day waiting in a queue, I reach out through their chat option, and was told to provide a call back number when I call again (this is all the help that the chat could provide apparently). I provide a call back and receive a call 6 HOURS LATER at 9:30pm at night! They tell me we have to pay for another month because of a 30 day notice clause. Ok maybe I can deal, but here I am, over a month after my cancellation, and I still got billed for another month after the 30 days, so no my account was not cancelled. So I tried to call and the “queue times exceed their normal business hours, so call back option is not available”. I was waiting on the phone for 8 HOURS STRAIGHT with no response! They are making it impossible to cancel your account so therefore I say this is becoming a legal matter. I asked the bank to block them from taking payment and I will see them in court when they try to fight it.
