FULLBEAUTY BRANDS OPERATIONS REVIEW

This is the worst online retailer on the planet. They scam customers through shipping charges and delays. I purchased items in August and exchanged them for a different size. They delayed so long that the credit card expired. Rather than giving me an opportunity to correct the expiration date, they cancelled the exchange. So they scammed me out of the original shipping charges. They broke the exchange contract and owe me the shipping charges. Months later I am still trying to get the non-responsive customer service to understand the situation and refund the money they stole from me. AVOID FULLBEAUTY BRANDS AT ALL COSTS.
