Returning a faulty product
Oh my goodness! After reading the review ,I see who I’m dealing with, this Ed Kasper is terrible at customer service. I’m having the same kind of problem-received a kombucha jar that the hole was cut off center with chips. Then the spigot was made so u couldn’t turn it to open, it would hit the glass. First, he said just to take the handle off the spigot and it would work. That would make it really hard to turn. I didn’t pay good money for a bad spigot! Sent it back in the SAME packaging. Received a rude email insinuating we didn’t pack it right and it was “shattered”. I hav been waiting a month now for my refund, which he said we would get pending UPS. I have sent several emails checking on the status and NOT ONCE has he replied
