They began calling me 2 years ago to verify the employment history of an individual I have never heard of. I called them back several times to say that i had never heard of this person and to please stop calling. Despite this, they have continued to call, sometimes twice in one day. I belong to a large university. Why are they calling me? All of this points to some kind of scam. Why not call someone else? Why still be calling about someone who applied for a job 2 years ago and why not understand that I have never heard of this person?
