WORST PLACE EVER!

Okay so I got my car in December, not even a day or 2 after having my car, my boyfriend discovered a rat had been in my trunk. Secondly, not even a month after getting the car I had to get a replacement battery, new tires, & something done to my air. Not to mention it came with a broke windshield wiper. So maybe a few weeks after getting this all fixed, my bf insurance policy cancelled, I told them I was planning on getting my own tho. So the day it cancelled, my son & I are at Walmart.. we come outside I go to start my car and it won’t start so I called them and they said I don’t have insurance. Like I told them I already talked to somebody about it it was already in process, so why my car was still cut off.. I talked to go auto and everything I had everything in process, I got liability, bc I have other bills, a child to take care of and I don’t have the money to be paying for full coverage. Holmes forced me to get full coverage if I wanted to keep the car. So I had to get it. So hurricane ida came and it damaged a lot of things where I’m from. We were out of jobs and all. I called to get an extension, Kayla my case worker or manager or whatever could only extend it 2 weeks so I was like I guess that’s fine.. when the 2 weeks came, she called me, and I told her I didn’t have it but they could take it, my account would be overdraft. So I asked also if I could extend it any more so she was like it nothing i could do so I did catch an attitude because like I told her I feel as if they only care about themselves. With everything going on, like how y’all expected me to pay yall? So like I told her, she could go ahead and take it out my account, she asked if that was the card I had on file, I confirmed it, then she asked for my security code then hung up. Never heard from her, so on my end I figured everything was ok. Monday came and I did wonder why nothing my account was not overdrawn yet,
.. Tuesday I get a text saying my car was repossessed. Like wtf. So I called up there, the guy I talked to was rude!!!! So I got rude back. So then it was said from him that she put in her notes the phone was disconnected.. being professional, if I’m otp with a client, and the phone “disconnects” I’m gonna call back! I didn’t receive no call back. And like I said I figured she hung up bc she had everything she needed already. Also their warranty is a JOKE.
