Products came defective
I tried to reach them through their website where they say chat is a quick response. I messaged on Instagram and Facebook and I sent numerous emails with my order. They never responded. And they are located in London so to mail back the product as the return instructions say would be a waste of money. This company does not stand behind its product. I would say they are a scam.
Here’s the BBB report. I wish I had seen it before.
