Do not buy from them! They ignore support
Do not buy from them! I first reached out in December. It is now March and they have not responded!
I had an issue with a brand new USB hub I purchased from them.
* I first reached out (via email) to Hyper on December 21, 2021 to get help.
* On Dec 22nd I was asked what device I’m using and I answered the same day. This was the only response I was ever given.
* On Dec 27th I had received no response and emailed again
* On Jan 3 there was still no response and emailed again
* On Jan 10, I emailed again with no response
* On Jan 18, i called them. The person told me they were backed up, but assumed told I would be getting a response later that day
* It is now March 16 and have heard NOTHING!
