IGS ENERGY REVIEW

IGS claims they are saving me money, they say they can keep my rates low and the rates are based on how much energy the people in the neighborhood are using. Why would my rates be based on what my neighbors are doing? At any rate, the IGS delivery charge is the same as my bill so I am paying a bill twice, how is that saving me money? I think this is a rip off and despite it costing me $99 per property to cancel services on 12 if my properties its worth the canceling.
