Delayed FHA Streamline Re-
The customer service received from this mortgage company is like no other company. I have never experienced so many delays and no real explanations for the delays.
The process to do a simple streamline re-finance to lower the interest rate and no cash out commence on November 2020, with promises to close in 30 days.
The closing date continue to be pushed out. All documents to support my finances were provided within 24hrs.
I have never been late on any mortgage payments nothing showing late or negative on my credit.
My employment history stable and consistent no lost of income due to COVID -19 yet it was until March 2021, the company was ready to close.
After constantly inquiring about the delays, I was told over 30 loans had been process during this time and not sure why my loan was taking so long to be processed.
The one thing a customer wants to hear we have processed everybody’s loan except yours!
At this point I decide to stay with my current lender and received a lower interest.
Guess what can’t close on this loan because Intercontinental Capital Group delaying the process was again and will not release my FHA Loan Number back to the original lender.
My plans were to re-finance my rental properties as well.
However, Intercontinental Capital Group, poor customer service and lack of concern has cost me more money, energy and valuable time, that we have too little of in today’s world. Since dealing with Intercontinental Capital Group, I have lost five love ones and dealing with Intercontinental Capital Group, has not made my life any easier. Still waiting on responses to release the FHA Loan Number.
