Do yourself a favour and save the hassle

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COWBOYS.
Wrong sofa delivered 3 times. Substandard bed sent, rectified 3 times up until now and still not right.
Quality is nothing of what you’d expect.
I have been dealing directly with head office, who only email you, won’t pick up the phone to deal with a complaint, pass it back to the sales team in store, rather than own the situation and sort it themselves.
Gray at the Brierley Hill store is a great asset and lovely man, he just unfortunately works for a company that can’t back up their customer service promise.
Ultimately, long term custom doesn’t mean a thing to them, once they have your money, they don’t care about the after service.
The worst customer experience I have ever had the pleasure of.
Rebecca who is the finance manager is surly, rude and apparently doesn’t know how to use a telephone.
Don’t be mislead by the short lead times and fair prices, pay the extra and get the full service and after sales care that your hard earned money and lovely home deserves.
These clowns do a dis-service to customer care and the furniture trade in general.
If I could have rated it no stars, I would have.
