Bunch of scammers

Over 4 weeks ago I received deposit into my lili bank account. These deposits were from the SBA for my EDIL grant. Upon creating my account with Lili I mistakenly entered my EIN to open my account instead of my SSN. The funds were deposited into my account one of which was for $5000 and the other was for $10,000. A breach of my personal information and documents resulted in my personal email getting hacked into. That emails’ outbox contained many pictures of personal documents including my Social Security card/number, my ID, birth certificate and banking information. An attempt was made to access my Lily banking account, due to the fact that my account was set up with my EIN instead of SSN the identity thief could not access my account. Since then my account has been “under review” but I have not yet hear back from Lili’s review team. I have made numerous attempts to get in contact with Lili to unfreeze my account. I have sent over every possible identifying document, written countless emails, and even numerous phone calls in attempt to get the situation handled. The customer service representatives who I spoke with that work for Lili Banking have been extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and disrespectful. Some the employees have even refused to tell me any sort of employee ID number or name. Half the time the representatives would hang up on me or put me on hold with no intention to pick back up the line. Some even insulted me using profanity. The few agents that didn’t hang up on me assured me that they would “expedite” the process. My account got locked on September 15, 2021. There has been no attempt on Lili‘s behalf to reach out to me and the only time I get any sort of update is when I reach out to them. Recently I can’t even get through to them via phone or email. I still have funds in my account but I can’t login, email or even call to get their help.
