Dude was just rude and cold
Lili tried to tell me this morning that when I transferred in $373 of my own money from my apple wallet and my balance was only $157 that I had gone into “the negative” never once have i, I don’t have the ability to go into the negative or take out anything I don’t have. Told me he was gonna send the evidence HE has about my overdraft but had none on my end about anything being overdrafted TWOA DAYS AGO. Tried to tell me the $220 I took out two days ago I had OVERDRAFTED. I had moved my OWN money out of lili back into my wallet. I now have $400 something missing and the dude had nothing to say. Wouldn’t tell me what happened how it happened what apparent evidence he had and just said he was gonna send something to someone higher up. Asked what the resolution was and where th my money is no response. He hung up on me. I literally cannot go into the negative. This is the idek how many at this point time that they’ve taken $$ from me and a didn’t return it. Dude actually tried to tell me I overdrafted my own money. Never once have I gone into negative cause I can’t and my account has always been in good standing. Literally lost over $400 and conveniently he can see i “over-drafted” but the two days between the apparent over draft and then taking it out of my balance there’s not a SINGLE trace of me going into the negative. even checked this morning before I moved it. Not even trying to sound like an ass either but the dude barely spoke English was unwilling to help, didn’t care nothing against people who speak other languages bur when it comes to trying to help someone recover HUNDREDS of dollars that it just in some LILI limbo somehwhere it would be NICE to have someone who can clearly understand you and vise versa especially since it’s already such a stressful time that’s all I had to my name.
