Scam Company that won’t stop billing !

Lincare picked up equipment 2 months ago. Still billing me and I have had to file a complaint with the Attorney Generals office. No one answers a phone with the company. No way to email them. Scammers! How the heck do I stop the bills and threats over payments from them?
