Bad service. Stay Away
I bought a used car from Hyundai Pmb. A service plan was added to the deal. I tool my car in for its 45,000kms service on 18.6.2020 even though it had only done 43,000kms. I was told upon collecting my car that the next service was at 60,000kms. To date its only done 52,414kms (1 Feb 2022). My daughters boyfriend looked at the service plan book and asked why I had not serviced it in 2021. I said its because its mileage is not at 60,000kms. He then informed me its either the mileage or date whichever comes first. I was never made aware of this. I was told by Hyundai that it only needed its next service at 60,000kms. Liquid Capital now tell me my policy is now null and void because I had not serviced it in the year. I am fuming. I am a pensioner. And I genuinely never knew about either the date or mileage issue.
