They seem like a scam to me too. I wasted a fair amount of time watching introductory videos that promised a free online training session, specifying no credit card required, but on trying to register they wanted to charge for it via credit card. A terrible and dishonest start to a process that was promised to promote positive change. If they can't get the basic introductory step right, without money-grabbing and misinformation, I can't see how continuing will be a positive or problem-free experience. I decided not to waste any more time on them. There is a huge amount of terrific self-improvement info available on-line, much of it free, but Natalie Ledwell's stuff doesn't seem to be it!
