NATIONAL TAX EXPERTS REVIEW

Me and my husband signed up with The Tax Experts in November of 2020 for tax relief. As of today November 2021 they have not done anything but took our money $1400 Dollars. Everything was base on false promises and lies. Talk with the IRS on 12/20/21 and they stated they have done anything with our account. We would have not know this until we received an letter from IRS demanding payment or they will start a garnishment for payment.

No one never contact us to update us on a status of your account. We could never reach nobody when we call. When we did reach somebody they put us on hold and pass us around to other people and never came back to the phone. They made our situation worse.

I give them 0 stars because they did Nothing. No one deserve to be treated like that especially when you trusted them for their services.

First impression is lasting and I will never forget what they done to us and others. I will not recommend them to nobody. If you hear that name, run.
