Management claims this is a “separate” entity but a simple search of the legal docket shows the bankruptcy is very entwined with NexPoint. Real estate management has lied about the issues including $90mm in demand notes due to highland capitals litigation trust. How is NexPoint even in business? Fraud, misappropriation of assets, sending money to the caymans, tax fraud, bankruptcy fraud I could go on forever baby.
