SCAMMERS AND CON ARTIST

Nice talking, but Deceiving, Terrible service experience.
In September. 23, 2021, I was told by Billy, the representative that came to the house, that if I paid $2,647, tax included, up front, I would be covered for 1year of services. And whenever I see bedbugs, to call and they would come back out and treat for 1 year. I was told not to get rid of the furniture, because the would be treating it also. Within, less than 3months, They came back twice, and the third time I called, Dec. 6, 2021 I was told by the GM and owner that there was nothing they can do. They continue to quote me what the contract says, but I was told differently. The service guy explained their services and fees, I agreed to the Pay $2,400 up front, for 1year of service when needed. He put the information in his hand held electronic device and asked me to sign. I started to sign, then all the information went away. He then pulled up another screen and asked me to sign it, and he would enter the information when he returned to the office. Now, they have my signature on their contract that says this $2,600, service was only for 30 days, and they gave me 90 days. But I was told differently, now they say that I misunderstood them. I why would I pay $2,600, for 30 days, and still have bed bugs ??? When I could have just replaced the bed, where they tracked them from. So, I have no proof for what I was told, and of course no one remembers telling me and my family, anything. But I was informed by Mike Jones (the owner), that in business, the only thing they go by is the signed contract. Not he say, she say. Very disappointing, business Characteristics.
