I placed an order that I never received and on Paypal they offered me a partial refund (29 dollars less than the initial paiment) without any explanation. The tracking number they gave me never worked, nor did their email address. Not once have they tried to be helpful, they never answered to any of my questions, just kept offering the partial refund. For all I know, they may never have sent the parcel and just stolen 29 dollars from me… You should avoid ordering on that website!
