They are required by law to maintain a way to contact them 24/7 365 due to the fact that they supply vital medical supplies and equipment communities such as oxygen, ventilators, suction and nebulizer. The phone lines there are down and a message plays when you call saying if you get disconnected call back at a later time and gives no alternate phone #, fax# or email in which to reach them. Due to Covid the lobby of the business is locked and you can’t get in without an appointment. The usual problems with these people are enough to deal with as it is and now this!!?
