8 Year old Complaint
I was sorting our my cabinets anddiscovereda stack of $100vouchersissued by Prestious Solutions. Suddenly I recalled that these nearly $3000 worth of $100 voucherswas givento me by my elderly friend 8 years ago.
According she was cornered andcoaxedinto buying the $3000 package after going for a discounted trial facial. They told her that if shechangedher mind within a week, she can ask for the refund later on. After three days, shedecidedto ask for a refund as shefeelsthat she might not use up so much of her facial package.
To her surprise, the sales staffs there told her she cannot ask fora refundas it is already passed the due date. After much argument, they told her they can give her 30 of the $100 vouchers instead. Myfriendthen asksme to help to sell the vouchers to friends at a discount. When I call the sales staffs, they said the voucher is onlymeantfor one person instead. It’s like a trial voucher so we will need to sell to 30 people!
After paying $3000,it’slike having to help them promote freely toother30 customers or 30 new victims! Due toa busy working schedule, my friend and I didn’t bother to pursue the matter and the whole stack of uselessvouchersended up in my drawer.
I amsurprisedto see that their saloon is operating. I am writing this just to warn people who are thinking to go there for facial to be careful not to sign any package. Hopefully their management or staff and their business practices have changed for the better.
If you are wondering why I bring this up after 8 years, my answer is truth and justice see no boundaries of time. It can be a good lesson learned for both victimized consumers and business owners.
