Ordered flowers “exquisite upgrade,” even, to be delivered on Friday. The “exquisite upgrade,” doubles the price, but ensures extra care, extra nice, and extra fast!

It is TUESDAY now, no flowers delivered…

I have emailed three times and been disconnected by “customer service,” FOUR TIMES NOW!

Oh, the status says “Arrangement is in route…” but unless they just planted the seeds and are watering…I cannot see this to be true!
