I ordered flowers to be sent to a friend for her birthday. She was having a difficult time and I knew the flowers would be a surprise and cheer her up. I ordered them to be delivered the same day, and was charged for same day delivery.
I called to check on the flowers and was told they could not be delivered because of a late delivery. I then asked if I could cancel the order and was told there was no one available for me to speak with because the customer service department was closed when I was speaking with customer service.
I was placed on hold and no one came back to the phone. I hung up and called back and again was asked a series of questions again. I then asked to speak with a supervisor and was told ” I will try to find one”.
The next thing I know I was listening to a dial tone. I can understand things happen and maybe for some reason they were not able to deliver the flowers but to hang up the phone and not answer is just poor service.
I will never order from them again and will call first thing in the morning to cancel my order. I would rather my 122 dollars in another way instead of supporting a company with HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
