Refund still waiting 25 day’s, what happened to 7 to 10 days?

Ordered flowers for $19.95 but was charged $64.00 so i canceled the order. Spoke to a person at FDE and she assured me it would be 7 to 10 day’s but first without telling me they give you a week 7 day’s store credit in case you change your mind WTF.

I canceled the order. FDE sent me a e-mail confirming that a credit was in progress but i canceled the order on the 1st of Feb. and i am still waiting today is the 25th.

Consider another flower company these people are just a bunch of dummies that don’t know how to be honest and now you can add thieves to the list.
