Specsavers is nothing but a scam! I’ve been going for about 6 years and they have multiple times tried to take extra money off us. They charge an extra 25 pound for a contact lense appointment. Whenever you break your glasses you need to pay, but once mine broke on their own after a month and still tried charging me. They are the worst and it’s a shame I have to keep going but I would advise everyone not too go
