I purchased my KIA from this dealership. I brought it in because my dashboard lit up with lights. I asked them to diagnose (and potentially fix) the problem. Sarah, the service department writer, went over the estimate ($300 for a diagnostic scan) and then gave me her cell number to text her because they do not answer the phone in the service dept. I found this to be true, but neither do they respond to texts or voice mail. They had my car for 3 days without a word of communication. I went to pick up my car to take it elsewhere and they could not find the keys. When they did locate the keys, the battery had died while the car sat in their parking lot. I left with no charge and no service but a huge amount of frustration and dissatisfaction.
