Shady and unprofessional
It seems that items getting “lost in transit” or “returned to sender” is a regular occurrence for Under Armour and is highly suspect. Either their logistics team management is incompetent and should be replaced, or they are practicing deception to collect money for products they don’t have. Regardless, I wasn’t a fan of the company before, but I liked the products. However, there are at least six other options these days. Since their introduction, Under Armour has made no significant advancements or innovations in their products (at least none that are anything more than marketing ploys), so it’s not like they have a unique product. I would implore people to look for other options and potentially buy from smaller operations who care enough to make things right and earn your business.
