SYSTEMS OUT OF ORDER

Dear Virgin, you increase our fees yearly, even now in the difficult times – many companies did not increase fees the past 3 years! Despite this, the maintenance takes very long before fixed:
1. Systems off like discovery entrance
2. TV chanels
3. appartus out of order – they never change every second apparatus – so if one is not working, there is 60% not in use! –
it will take me another 10 min to find an apparatus that is 100% functioning also with TV chanel like news chanals, SKY NEWS and ENCA – at least 5 sport chanels and 3 news chanels.
Electricity can also be better managed – only switch on lights when dark! And there are many too sharp lights -you need only half of all lamps! PLEASE REPORT TO HEAD OFFICE. Thanks. Lydia
