Find another parts supplier.
I place an online order with Willys Jeep Parts and emailed the next day to ensure the parts were in stock. A return email informed me they were and would be shipped the next day. I never received a shipping confirmation and a week later when the parts had not arrived I called to check on the shipping status. The person that answered the phone informed me that they were going to ship the parts that day. At that point I asked to cancel the order. Jim then came on the line and asked what the problem was and as I explained that I wanted to cancel my order due to the shipping delay, he became verbally abusive punctuated with profane language and then hung up on me. I followed the phone call up with an email but have had no response. I was charged for both the parts and shipping costs and to date have not received a refund.
